Its no Secret that Body Building training has become one of the most popular exercises, there are countless of people like students, professionals body builders, athletes and more, that practice body building day to day, some as a hobby, others as their  job and others like  teens, just for vanity, beauty and with the intention to attract the a girl.

On the other hand people should be aware that the expert athletes that do this in a very professional levels (all theri lives) and get muscles so big, use artificial supplements such as anabolics, steroids or some other kind of growth hormone supplement. That is the reason I want to Show you the right path and some body building tips that will demonstrate you the right way to do it and you will not risk your health.

Another thing I want to point, is that body building is usually for getting muscle shape and it does not mean getting weight lifting strength. Also, maybe you dont want to get muscles like the professionals bodybuilders, but you want more muscle mass and be in shape.

 Tip 1 Take Carbohydrates and Nutrients everyday

You should include carbohydrates and proteins in your daily diet to achieve maximum benefit. Carbohydrates most be taken before an exercise work out and proteins after a workout which will help repair muscles and build mass.

Tip 2 Follow a Strict Diet

 This is a great tip, dont eat 3 meals a day, instead eat 6 more frequent smaller meals. This will drastically improve your metabolism, burn fat and increase your energy faster than anything. Each meal should be planed according to your workout routine. In the morning eat carbohydrates and in the afternoon dont eat them.

 Tip 3 Time to Exercise on Intervals

 While you are doing your current exercise routines, you should also include interval training. This means that you should run as fast as you can or exercise to the max for a short period of time and then let the body rest for a few minutes, repeat it for about 3 to 5 times during each session.

 Clearly, those are just some simple Body Building tips that you can use to start and apply today to improve your effectiveness working out, increase your metabolism and mass muscle. Dont forget to follow a extrict diet and a routine everyday until you achieve the body you want to have.
